Outreach Opportunity in October

Christ Church Outreach serves monthly at the Old First Reformed facility, 4th & Race Sts. for their Saturday Breakfast Cupboard. Join us October 3. There are various ways to help:
- Assist at 7am with preparation of “in person” breakfasts serving 60
- At 8 am, work with other volunteers to set up the clothing & toiletry cupboard, as well as plate and serve the breakfast.
- Cooks finish first, but everything should wind down by 10:30am.
Also, on Sunday October 4, we will be preparing a seated dinner for unhoused and food insecure guests at Old First Reformed Church. We’ll start preparing dinner about 3pm and will serve at 5pm and join the guests for the meal. If you want to participate, please contact Cheryl Dobleske Beirne.
