In this deeply personal, funny, and moving solo performance, Palestinian artist Ashtar Muallem illustrates her life’s journey and relationships with her countries, body, and spirituality. Her physical contortions mirror her dual existence between Palestine and France, navigating cultural intersections with humor and poignancy. Inspired by Jerusalem and cherished memories of her grandmother, she searches for a connection with the Divine through yoga, meditation, and online tarot readings, weaving together these experiences into a unique ceremony filled with poetry and laughter.
